Paul Psota, Esq is the CEO of Altenheim Senior Living. Mr. Psota has served the organization in his current role since March, 2009. Prior to that, for almost 14 years, he served on the Altenheim’s volunteer Board of Directors. Approximately one half of that time was served as President. Prior to coming “in house” at Altenheim, Mr. Psota practiced law for 20 years. He was a shareholder at Buckley King, LPA, a regional firm, practicing in the areas of business law and tax law.

Dottie Welch, BSN, NHA, is the Administrator of the Altenheim Therapy Rehab Center and Altenheim Nursing Home. She is responsible for overseeing the daily care and services residents receive, as well as serving as the corporate compliance officer. Providing resident-centered care is her main focus and best quality of care is the team goal.

Scott Soinger, is the Director of Facilities and is responsible for maintaining the smooth, day-to-day operation of the campus physical plant, maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping. Scott has been at Altenheim for almost 40 years.

Barbara Capadona, Director of Human Resources works closely with the multidisciplinary team and directs the agenda for Altenheim’s staffing and workforce planning. Barbara also directs the program on recruitment and workforce management, ensuring successful recruitment and orientation for new employees.

Larry Zwegat, Director of IT has campus wide responsibility for the information technology environment, leading and working with the interdisciplinary team in the ongoing planning and implementation of information technologies that support the Altenheim Senior Living Campus. He oversees all networking and PC support, data security teaching, telecommunications and the help desk. Larry believes the delivery of quality, appropriate, reliable and affordable technology services are the key to a high performing information technology department.

Amy Kocian is the Director of Intuitional Advancement overseeing fundraising operations, special events and community relations here at Altenheim.  She brings with her more than 23 years of fundraising experience specializing in healthcare philanthropy and social services.

Sandra Lopriore, BBA, is the Controller of Altenheim Senior Living. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Business Office. Sandra has more than 20 years of experience in the long term care industry.

Stephanie Moeller, LPN, is the Wellness Coordinator of Shurmer Place at Altenheim. As such, she oversees the Shurmer Place nursing department and ensures that each resident receives quality, person centered care. Stephanie has received the Ohio Assisted Living Association Honoring Excellence Award for outstanding Wellness Coordinator and LPN. She received her nursing license in December 2010.

Kim Schulz, MBA, ADC, is the Resident Director of Shurmer Place. As such, she is responsible for admissions and for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all residents are receiving quality, person centered care and services. Kim is also responsible for activity and event planning at the residence and for implementing community outreach programs.  Kim has been with Altenheim Senior Living for over 20 years.

Deborah Kemokai-Wright, RDN, LDN, serves as Clinical Dietician. She has over 40 years of experience as a Dietitian, with an extensive background in food and clinical nutrition services, including consultant services in the hospital and long term care settings.  She has served as President of the Akron and Ohio Dietetic Associations, and has served many state and national positions within the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Deborah’s goal for Altenheim Senior Living residents is the provision of quality nutrition services resulting in their optimal nutritional health.

Beth Seese serves as the Shurmer Place Memory Assisted Living Resident Director. She is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Director of Nursing in Long Term Care and a past Certified Dementia Practitioner with more than 30 years experience providing care and services to the elderly in varying roles. Beth  previously served for 10 years as Altenheim Nursing Home’s Director of Nursing.
