Altenheim Senior Living announces “ Altenheim at Home”
Strongsville, Ohio September 1,2016 – Altenheim Senior Living’s CEO Paul Psota announces the launch of Altenheim at Home the private duty companion service to the Altenheim Home Health Care program.
Altenheim is now launching the not for profit “Altenheim at Home” program which provides personal care and related assigned services to the community. The care can be in provided to individuals in their place of residence, nursing home, and inpatient unit in accordance with an established care plan and under the supervision of the Nursing Care Manager. The following services can be provided: Personal care activities including but not limited to hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping ,meal preparation, fluid and nutrition intake monitoring, vital signs, basic health assessments, maintenance of records and reports, transfers, ambulation, normal range of motion, positioning techniques, and monitoring for needed medical intervention.
“We are pleased to provide this new service to assist families to provide care for their love ones in the own homes or current place of residence. This new not- for- profit service is an extension of the Altenheim mission into the home.‘ Relayed Paul Psota CEO Altenheim Senior Living.
